Voici toutes les informations logistiques pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de notre mariage.
La totalité du mariage se déroulera au Château de la Roche Courbon (cérémonie, vin d’honneur, repas et soirée dansante). Vous pouvez donc commencer à célébrer dès votre arrivée !
Un grand parking est disponible sur place pour vos véhicules.
Nous mettrons également en place des taxis pour vous ramener aux hôtels le soir du 15 août (de minuit à 5h) et le lendemain. Merci de bien indiquer vos besoins dans le RSVP afin que nous puissions réserver le nombre nécessaire de taxis.

Depuis Saintes : direction Rochefort, 10-15 minutes
Depuis La Rochelle : direction Saintes, environ 45 minutes
Arrivé à Saint-Porchaire : suivre les panneaux pour le Château de la Roche Courbon
Autoroutes : A10 sortie Saintes n°35 / A610 sortie Tonnay-Charente n°33
En train :
La gare la plus proche est Saintes
Un taxi sera nécessaire pour rejoindre le château
Temps de trajet : TGV Paris → Saintes (2h45) ou TGV + TER Paris → Saintes (3h40)

Malheureusement, il n’y a pas d’hébergement sur place au château. Cependant, nous vous conseillons plusieurs hôtels à Saintes, pour tous les budgets. Nous mettrons également en place des taxis entre minuit et 5h pour vous ramener du château (où est stationnée votre véhicule) à votre hôtel, à condition que vous répondiez au sondage dans le formulaire RSVP (nous avons besoin de savoir combien vous serez !). Les taxis n'emmeneront qu'aux hôtels indiqués que nous avons sélectionnés à Saintes (tous dans la même zone), qui sont indiqués sur la carte ci-dessous, à 10-15 minutes en voiture du château (selon que vous conduisiez plutôt comme Hannah ou comme Simon !).
⚠️ Information importante concernant vos bagages
Aucun des hôtels ne dispose de service de bagagerie pour stocker vos valises pendant la journée. Vous avez donc deux possibilités :
Déposer vos bagages avant 15h si l’hôtel l’autorise (à vérifier directement auprès d’eux),
Ou bien les garder dans votre véhicule et vous rendre à l’hôtel après le mariage en taxi ou avec votre voiture personnelle.
Tous les hôtels suivants proposent un check-in à toute heure, soit via une borne automatique, soit grâce à une réception ouverte 24h/24.
Le Relais Du Bois Saint-Georges**** ~ 147€/nuit - Mise à disposition de la clé de votre chambre pour une arrivée à toute heure après 15h - petite remise lorsque vous indiquez que vous réservez pour notre mariage.
Hôtel Ibis*** ~ 120€/nuit - Navettes de l'hôtel exclusifs - 5% de remise en indiquant lors de la réservation que c'est le mariage de Hannah & Simon - réception 24h - chambre disponible dès 12h.
B&B Hôtel Saintes***~ 90€/nuit - Chambre disponible dès 14h.
Sure Hôtel Saintes ~ 60€/nuit - Réception 24h - check-in à partir de 17h
Hôtel F1 Saintes ~ 35€/nuit - Check-in 24h à partir de 14h par borne (attention les salles de bains sont partagées)
Petit conseil! Recherchez directement sur Google Maps pour trouver les sites qui proposent les tarifs les plus bas!
Nous ne recommandons pas de louer un gîte, car les horaires d’arrivée sont souvent très limités (sauf mention contraire) et il n’y a généralement pas d’endroit pour laisser les bagages. De plus, les taxis ne pourront vous emmener que vers les hôtels sélectionnés.
Si vous souhaitez réserver un gîte, c’est possible à condition :
d’obtenir la clé avant le début de la cérémonie, ou que les propriétaires vous laissent la clé à disposition,
et d’avoir votre propre véhicule pour le retour le soir (donc attention à l'alcool! Idéalement nous souhaitons trinquer avec tous nos invités!)
Le lendemain, plusieurs taxis seront disponibles à Saintes pour vous ramener au château pour le brunch, ou vous pourrez revenir avec d’autres invités ayant leur véhicule. Si beaucoup d’invités demandent des taxis le lendemain, nous organiserons des navettes pour ramener tout le monde à son véhicule stationné au château.
Notre conseil : si vous arrivez dès le vendredi soir, vous aurez déjà vos clés et pourrez vous préparer tranquillement le samedi, et même profiter d’une petite sortie à Saintes.
Les camping-cars et les toiles de tente sont également permis au château !
Sachez que tous les invités au dîner sont également invités au brunch le lendemain matin à 11h au chateau.

We are delighted to have you with us to celebrate our wedding! Here is all the logistical information you will need to fully enjoy our wedding.
The entire wedding will take place at the Château de la Roche Courbon (ceremony, drinks reception, dinner, and evening party). You can start celebrating as soon as you arrive!
There is a large parking area at the château for your vehicles.
We will also arrange taxis to take you to the hotels on the evening of the 15th of August (midnight to 5 am) and the next day. Please indicate your taxi needs in the RSVP so we can book enough taxis for everyone.
If you’re coming from afar:
By car:
From Saintes: head toward Rochefort, 10-15 minutes
From La Rochelle: head toward Saintes, 45 minutes
Arriving in Saint-Porchaire: follow the signs for Château de la Roche Courbon

Unfortunately, there is no on-site accommodation at the château. However, we can recommend several hotels in Saintes to suit different budgets. We will also arrange taxis between midnight and 5 a.m. to take you from the château (where you will park your car) to your hotel, provided you respond to the RSVP survey (we need to know how many of you there will be!). The taxis will only take you to the following hotels that we have selected in Saintes (all located near one another), indicated on the map below, about 10–15 minutes by car from the château (depending on whether you drive more like Hannah or more like Simon!):
⚠️ Important information concerning your luggage:
None of the hotels offer luggage storage during the day. You therefore have two options:
Drop off your luggage before 3:00 PM if the hotel allows it (please check directly with the hotel),
Or keep your luggage in your vehicle and head to the hotel after the wedding by taxi or with your own car.
All of the following hotels offer check-in at any time, either via a self-service kiosk or a 24-hour front desk.

Helpful tip! Search directly on Google Maps to compare booking sites and find the lowest available rates.
We do not recommend renting cottages, as check-in windows are usually very short (unless otherwise stated in the listing) and there is often nowhere to store luggage. Also, taxis will only take guests to the hotels we have listed. If you choose to book a cottage, it is possible only if :
you can get the key before the ceremony starts, or if they can leave the key for you and
you have your own vehicle to return in the evening (so please drink responsibly! Ideally, we’d love to raise a toast with each and every one of you!)
The next day, several taxis will be available in Saintes to bring you back to the château for brunch, or you can come back with other guests who have their cars. If many guests request taxis the following day, we will arrange shuttles to bring everyone back to their vehicles parked at the château.
Our advice: if you arrive on Friday evening, you will already have your keys, allowing you to prepare calmly on Saturday and even enjoy a short outing in Saintes.
Motorhomes and tents are also allowed at the château!
Please note that all guests invited to the dinner are also invited to the brunch the next morning at 11 am at the chateau.
